A hydraulic pump is a mechanical device that converts mechanical power into hydraulic energy. When a hydraulic pump operates, it performs two functions. First, its mechanical action creates a vacuum at the pump inlet which allows atmospheric pressure to force liquid from the reservoir into the inlet line to the pump. Second, its mechanical action delivers this liquid to the pump outlet and forces it into the hydraulic system

Various Pumps are available like Unidirectional Gear Pumps, Reversible Gear Pump, Multiple Gear Pumps, External Gear Pump, and Cast Iron Gear Pump.

Valves

Hydraulic valves are mechanical devices that are used to regulate the flow of fluid within a hydraulic circuit or system. They can be used to completely close a line, to redirect pressurized fluid or to control the level of flow to a certain area.

  • Flow range – 15 LPM to 35 LPM.

CYLINDERS

A hydraulic cylinder is a mechanical actuator that is used to give a unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke. Hydraulic cylinders get their power from pressurized hydraulic fluid, which is typically oil. The hydraulic cylinder consists of a cylinder barrel, in which a piston connected to a piston rod moves back and forth. The barrel is closed on one end by the cylinder bottom (also called the cap) and the other end by the cylinder head (also called the gland) where the piston rod comes out of the cylinder.

The piston has sliding rings and seals. The piston divides the inside of the cylinder into two chambers, the bottom chamber (cap end) and the piston rod side chamber (rod end/head-end). Flanges, trunnions, clevises, and lugs are common cylinder mounting options. The piston rod also has mounting attachments to connect the cylinder to the object or machine component that it is pushing or pulling.

  • Types – Tie rod type / Mill Type.

HYDRO MOTORS

Hydraulic motors are rotary actuators that convert hydraulic or fluid energy into mechanical power. They work in tandem with a hydraulic pump, which converts

mechanical power into fluid, or hydraulic power. Hydraulic motors provide the force and supply the motion to move an external load.

  • Displacement – 8.2 cc to 500 cc.
  • Max Torque – 11 Nm to 1121 Nm.
  • Max output power – 1.8 Kw to 31Kw.

Flow DIVIDERS
