MANIFOLD BLOCK

Hydraulic Manifold Blocks are also called Hydraulic Valve Blocks, and they are machine parts that act as junctions between components in a Hydraulic System to regulate fluid flow. Some of the elements that

utilise these blocks include pumps and actuators. The design of Hydraulic Manifolds allows an operator to monitor how fluid moves in different parts just as a switchboard does with an electric current.

TEST RIG

A Test rig is a piece of machinery that is primarily used to test and assess the capability and performance of components for industrial use.

The term test rig is sometimes also referred to as test bay, test bench, pressure test facility and testing station but they all refer to equipment that carry out component testing.

FILTRATION MACHINE

A hydraulic filter is a component used by hydraulic systems to continuously remove contaminants in the hydraulic oil.

This process will purify the hydraulic fluid and protect the system from damages created by the particle contents.

Vaccum Dehydration

The Vaccum Dehydrator’s principal function is the dehydration of oils. The operating principle is very simple. Oil, at suitable operating temperature is forced by pump pressure into the vacuum chamber, where due to the high vacuum maintained therein, water (free, emulsified and dissolved), dissolved air and gases, and other low range volatiles are boiled off, i.e.:

vaporized out of the oil, thereby purifying and conditioning it to a safe and operating standard. A cooling device efficiently condenses the steam and vaporized contaminants which are then ejected automatically to waste. Additives and detergents are retained and continue to serve their original purpose in the processed oil.

  • Avoids wear of machine components due to poor lubrication of moisture adulterated oil.
  • Maintain load bearing capacity of oil by keeping it free from moisture, air and gases.
  • Removes traces of moisture, dissolved air and entrapped gasses from the oil
  • Indirect and controlled heating of oil.
  • Pollution free process as no chemical reaction involved.
  • Unattended continuous operation after initial start-up till completion of process
  • All properties of liquid being cleaned are maintained.
  • Offline cleaning ensures uninterrupted manufacturing process.
